Pinnacle Exteriors installed a new roof and gutters on my home in Newton 10 years ago. Chris did a great job and I’ve never had any problems. They were the first company I called in 2012 about a roof, a ridge vent, and eave vents on my new home in Northborough. We have worked with Chris on a variety of small and large projects, including a room addition and replacing the roof on our house. We knew the roof was nearing the end of its life when we were doing the addition, but elected to wait until Spring to replace it. When we had a leak mid-Winter, it was very cold out and there was snow on the roof. Chris and his crew were able to remove the snow and complete the job in 2 days. They did a great job in less than perfect conditions.

Pinnacle Exteriors has done several interior renovations as well as our roof. He started with a new roof in the early 2000’s and 10 years later installed beautiful new skylights to replace the original ones that came with the house. The owner came out and spent over 2 hours with my husband and I to discuss the issues at hand and to answer any questions that we had. After educating us on the different shingles and colors available; the owner actually took his time to help me make a choice while I viewed them on my laptop. Very professional yet very personable at the same time. We felt so comfortable during our first visit that we signed a contract with them that Friday. As promised, they were able to get a dumpster delivered immediately. Our old roofing shingles were removed and our new shingles were installed the same day.
